At Woxela Educación Financiera S.A.C. ("Woxela", "we") we respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, as well as the right not to be subject to automated decisions, by writing to atencion@woxela.pe. You may also file claims with the National Personal Data Protection Authority of MINJUSDH.
8. Security measures
We apply administrative, technical and physical controls aligned with ISO 27001 and the Information Security Directive No. 130-2023 issued by the National Authority.
